The Vitamins
I want to talk about the vitamins.
It is good for our health and so varied.

Until now, we found about 15-type vitamins such as A, B, C and D.
>>> Until now, we knew about 15-type vitamins such as A, B, C and D.
Or Until now, we just knew 15 types of vitamins as A, B, C and D.
The respective vitamins have a special function.
>>> or Each distinctive vitamins play a unique role in promoting health fitness.
For examples, vitamin A upgrades our immunity and deters aging.
>>>or For examples, vitamin A strengthens our immune system and deters aging.
Vitamin B improves our sight and elastic of our hair.
>>> Vitamin B improves our eyesight and strengthens our hair.
Vitamin C is good for our skin. If we don't take it enough, our skin looses its color and elastic.
>>> Vitamin C is good for our skin. If we don't take enough of it, our skin looses its (radiant) color and elasticity (noun).
Vitamin D is needed for our bone. If we don't intake it fully, our bone gets weak.
>>> Vitamin D is needed for our bone. If we don't take fully of it, our bone will get weak.
Note: intake (noun) -the process of taking food into the body through the mouth (as by eating)
Likewise, vitamins is essential factor for our body, so we should get it enough.
>>> Likewise, vitamins are essential nutrients for our body, so we should get enough of it.
Form of enough:
adjective or adverb + enough
enough + noun
enough + of + pronoun/determiner
However, too much is always as bad as too little, so we had better ingest the recommended amount of a manual.
>>> However, too much is always as bad as too little, so we better ingest the recommended dosage from the guidelines.
