Since I went on a business trip to Bangkok last weekend and I should write the report about it, I am so busy in this week.
> or..... It is going to be a very busy week for me this week since I am expected to write the report regarding our business trip to Bangkok last weekend.
Though I write the report in the office, I also should visit my clients the same as a usual week.

Moreover, I feel tiring all day.

I think my fatigue from the business trip last weekend is not still recovered.

By the way, it was quite more tiring day for me because I drove for a long time to visit my major client.

It usually takes about 4 hours by car for a round trip.

Also, I had a lot of business meeting with them.

Furthermore, there was a traffic jam on the way back home, so it took more time.

After work, I went back home and completed my business trip report.

Upon this, I was barely able to take a rest.
