Compared to middle or high school students, elementary students were pretty hard to control and they were unpredictable, so this experience was helpful for me to be more flexible and patient.
-My last teaching experience was a one-month teaching practice at a middle school. I was in charge of the 2nd grade students. This experience was completely different with my other experiences. I did all (everything)from making lesson plan to teaching the textbook. There were a lot of things to be considered. I thought planning a perfect lesson plan was enough to have successful lesson, but class management was also important. I had to make students get interested in my class and wake sleeping students.
I had to focus on every student to figure out that they follow me or not.
