A good school provides safe and comfortable environment to students. Here, 'safe' means both physically 'safe' and psychologically 'safe'. Physically safe environment means that the school should be equipped with every facility that the students need in education. On the other hand psychologically safe environment means that the teachers should convince students to be successful in their learning and the whole school system should support to develop (the development of)students' potential abilities.
Second condition to be a good school is to balance between intellectual and physical development.

In this view, many Korean schools give a lot of burden to students because they consider the high grades the best.
