It's not really that hot all year long.
Our country has two seasons, wet and dry seasons.
On dry season it's hot but it's cold too on wet seasons.
It's cold most especially on the months of December, January and mid February. 
As March comes, we are expecting the temperature to rise

I really hate winter. I don't stand a cold

What about your country in winter, How a cold? or warm?
=How about winter in your country? How cold is it or is it warm right now?
(We don't have winter season and it's a little bit warm right now)
I was heared that your country hot weather all the year round, right?

Anyhow, I'm like warm weather than cold weather.
=Anyhow, I like warm weather better than cold weather.
