I have gotten a ticket because I violated the traffic rules.( I parked my car in main street for a moment which car parking is prohibited(forbidden).)

I asked an insurance agent to deal with it when I had a car accident.
or >>>> I asked the insurance agent to deal with it. ( You don't need to include "when I had a car accident anymore because you have already mentioned in the preceeding statements. )
By the way, the birthday party which will be held(scheduled) today is postponed for tomorrow because head of my department was off today.A little thing like this makes me stressed.

Sometimes, little things annoy us but we have to be patient especially if they can be a big things for others.
