Hmm.. Actually I don't know about that. But Many of telecommunication companys suvey and decide it. ^^; They estimate the teenagers's monthly cell phone bill around from 20,000 won to 40,000 won.

I don't understand why teenagers don't have it. If they(or their parents) have economic abilty, they don't hesitate to get a cell phone. But they have to learn and follow the etiquette of its use.
