The school should make that students never use the cell phone in shcool.
= The school should make a policy about cellphones not to be used in class
I didn't mean that make them don't bring cell phone.
= It doesn't mean that they won't bring their cellphones with them
I mean just that make not use.
= Just don't use it in class
When I was student, my high shcool made we never brough cell phone.
= When I was in high school, we were not allowed to bring our cellphones
If it turned out that students had cell phone, then they took the cell phone. And never gave it again to them.
= If a student brings a cellphone to school, it will be confiscated. It won't be given back anymore
I think.. in these days anybody needs a cell phone. (It makes uncomforterble to us if we don't have them)
= I think that everybody needs a cellphone these days. (It's uncomfortable not to have them)
so,in my opinion
The school have to let students to get cell phone. but, have to make can't use in school.
