I guess that English is the official language. If so, most of Philippines will be good at English.

I sometimes imagine that the official language in my country changes from Korean to English.

If I insist the above opinion, many people will blame me for having not patriotism.

However, if we consider private economic expense for English education we should think over it throughly.
