Here are the grammar corrections for this piece.
I have studied English since 11 years old.

but I didn't like English

morover I studied English for entrance examination college.
> Morover I had to study English for the entrance examination for college.
When I was a soldier, I wanted to study English.

I realized it that there wasn't no English there.
> I realized that I could not use English there.
> I realized that I could not study English there.
I sincerely started to study English after finishing military service.

I think I'm not getting better English especially listening and speaking.

I have to be more studying English.
